This Aquarius 1 is now complete and the family allowed us to visit and take some photos to share with you.
First, some views of the exterior. The prominent features are the tower on the South, porches on the North and West, and the garage on the East.
The Aquarius series features a balcony off the master bedroom into the Sunspace.
These openings at the peak of the Sunspace tower are part of the outer shell air pathway that takes the sun-warmed air to the North side of the house. Paddle fans assist with circulation when needed.
Aquarius has an open floorplan which easily accomodates a massive stone fireplace. In this home there is a stairway wrapping around the chimney. The living room, kitchen, and dining area encircle the fireplace.
The master suite and children's bedrooms and bath are upstairs with a hallway behind the central stone chimney.
The plumbing mechanics are in the lower level and have been organized very neatly by the plumbing sub-contractor.
