This was an exercise in designing a visually-interesting window energy wall for the great room, behind a simple, functional, sunspace that acts as a hallway. Blue Mountain is 1808 exciting square feet within a simple 28’x44’ economical footprint. It is typically built with a walk-out basement that adds 1232 square feet of garden, family, and utility space.
